Our services are meant to provide you with customized tools that will help you ground your organization in being explicit about your intentions, and create clarity around goals and benchmarks so that you can have the insight you need to truly move the needle on values alignment in your workplace.
Our Process
After we’ve had a free intake consultation with you, we will work to make sure we have a pair or team of skills-aligned consultants available for your project. We will provide an estimation of the timeline for your work, calculate how much time we expect to require from you or your team, outline our process, and draft a contract. This process generally takes about 10 business days.
Pricing Basics
Our services start at $150/hour. Explore individual services for rates.
For short term projects:
we have a 20 hour / $4000 minimum.
For monthly support*:
we have a 3 hour p/month minimum. This time does not roll over.
*Monthly services include HR support, coaching, or ongoing bookkeeping.
